Meet Ana

I fell in love with intellectual property law in law school — I was lucky enough to work as a research assistant for a leading international trademark scholar, and upon graduation interned with the United Nations, World Intellectual Property Organization in NYC. It was clear, even then: this was my lane.

Life had other plans first. For over fifteen years, I practiced personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. It taught me to fight hard for my clients against tough adversaries — opposing counsel and insurance companies. I learned to build credibility with judges and expert witnesses, analyze complicated material, and position it for the best possible outcome — all without ever losing sight of the human behind the “case file”.

Bloomingspace Law is me coming home to that first passion.
